Strategy Sells $105M in Bitcoin to Fund Dividends and Buybacks

Strategy has sold $105 million worth of Bitcoin, reducing its holdings by 1,638 coins. The proceeds are being used to fund preferred dividends and repurchase $81 million of its STRC stock. This marks the company's second significant Bitcoin sale this year.

The sale contributes to Strategy's growing dollar reserves, which have now reached $4 billion. Half of the Bitcoin sale proceeds were allocated to dividends, while the other half supported the stock buyback initiative.

Strategy, led by Michael Saylor, continues to adjust its Bitcoin holdings as part of its broader financial strategy. The company also raised $290.6 million through sales of common stock.

This move reflects Strategy's ongoing efforts to balance its cryptocurrency investments with shareholder returns and stock market activities.
